Introduction
Dragon fruits rich in antioxidants are also called pitaya. This is a fruit that can give you many health benefits. It is very nutritious.

Health benefits of dragon fruits
Good for heart health- Consumption of dragon fruit is beneficial for heart health. It contains Omega 3 fatty acids and Omega 6 fatty acids, which helps in keeping the heart healthy. The antioxidants present in it help in improving blood circulation in the body. The magnesium present in it reduces the risk of heart diseases like stroke and heart attack
Reduce cholesterol- Consuming dragon fruit also helps in reducing cholesterol levels and helps in increasing good cholesterol. Excessive amount of cholesterol in the body increases the risk of heart diseases.
Beneficial in stomach related problem– Actually, fiber is present in abundance in dragon fruit, which is beneficial for digestion. Apart from this it also contains high amount of water. Consuming dragon fruit helps in bowel movement.
