INGREDIENTS:
- Aloe Vera:
The increased lysosomal stability led to the decrease in lipofuscinogenesis and cell death. Aloe Vera extract protect against photo damage at a cellular level in both the UV and visible spectra, leading to its beneficial use as a supplement in protective dermatological formulations. It has many therapeutic properties such as anti-cancer, antioxidant, anti-diabetic, and anti hyperlipidemic. Aloe Vera stimulates immune system, encourages skin cell regeneration, maximize moisture absorption.
- Rose water:
It contains vitamin-E which is used in sunscreen. It has anti-inflammatory properties which reduces the redness and heal irritated skin. It is a natural astringent close open pores and cleaning extra oil and dirt from clogged pores. It is the best toner and maintains pH balance of skin. It also tightens and rejuvenates the skin and protect against wrinkles and aging.
- Honey:
It has antioxidant properties and also helps to protect skin from the UV rays of sun and also aids in skin cell rejuvenation. Honey acts as clarifying agent that opens and clogs your pores, thereby eliminating blackheads. It has anti-bacterial properties help to remove bacteria and germs from skin. Octinoxate or Octyl methoxycinnamate is a UV absorber. Octinoxate is a type of chemical known as cinnamate ester. Cinnamate ester is organic acids that occur naturally in certain foods such as grapes. It appears like a clear, non-soluble in water and is combined with other chemicals in sunscreen to prevent UV damage. It absorbs UV rays of a specific wavelength range preventing them from penetrating the epidermis. It combines with methoxy cinnamic acid and 2-ethyl hexanol. It acts as a chemical UV filter and protects the skin from photodamage,including sunburns and reduce the risk of skin cancer. Oxybenzone absorbs sun rays and resulting in photo chemical excitation and absorption of energy. Titanium oxide is used in mineral based sunscreens helps to reflect and scatter ultra violet rays. Vitamin –E protects the skin from various deleterious effects due to solar radiation by acting as a free radical scavenger.
