This Kadha is herbal and purely Ayurvedic formulation. This kadha helps to control blood sugar levels and normalize them. This kadha helps to balance out all three doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha in body but mainly Kapha dosha. This kadha contain various ingredients like haldi, kalizeeri, ashwagandha, tulsi and dalchini which have anti-glycemic properties thus helps to reduce symptoms associated with Diabetes. This kadha has natural anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-oxidant and immuno-modulator properties.

INGREDIENTS OF CAC DIABO CARE KADHA:
- Dalchini (Cinnamomum verum) : It helps to regulate the production of insulin thereby reducing the blood sugar levels in body. It also slow down the breakdown of carbohydrates in digestive tract that results in reduced glucose entry amount in circulation.
- Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum ) : It promotes the function of β-cells of pancreas that in turn boost the glucose uptake by body cells. It also tends to regulate the cortisol levels in the body thus relieve stress and fatigue. It also improve the overall immunity due to its anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-septic properties.
- Haldi (Curcuma longa ) : It has strong anti-diabetic properties . It stimulates the β-cells of pancreas that improve the production of insulin. It also reduce breakdown of starch into glucose that in turn lowers the blood glucose levels in body.
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera ) : It has hypo-glycaemic property that plays significant role in regulating the blood sugar levels. It also helps to reduce the breakdown of starch into glucose that leads to lowering of blood glucose levels.
- Kaliziri (Nigella sativa) : It prevents the sudden spike in blood sugar levels and also prevent other associated symptoms of diabetes like fatigue, thirst and confusion.

Glimepiride comes under the class of drugs known as sulfonylurea. It is an anti-diabetic medication which is administrated orally to treat type-2 diabetes. It take up to 3 hours for maximum effects and the effect last for about a day. It is not used for the treatment of type-1 diabetes.
MECHANISM OF ACTION :
It as an insulin secretagogue. It lowers the blood sugar by stimulating release of insulin by β-cells of pancreas and also increase activity of intra-cellular insulin receptors.
