Due to nidan sevan like exposure to cold wind, insect bite, contact with cold substances etc leads to vitiation of vata and kapha dosha . The vitiated vata and kapha dosha in turn mixe up with pitta dosha and spreads all over the body lodging the external surface of body thus producing various symptoms both outside and inside the body.
