In summer, sweat and dust fade the glow of the face. But by taking the right care, the glow of the skin can be found back and for this only you have to wait for 15 days. Let us know how to get glowing skin naturally within 15 days and what skin care tips will be needed for that.
REMEDIES FOR GLOWING SKIN
- Besan and Yogurt Face Pack
Both gram flour and curd are very beneficial for the skin and help in improving the skin. Apart from the face, you can apply this face pack on your hands as well. To make this pace pack that gives glowing skin, make a paste by mixing 5 spoons of gram flour, 3 spoons of curd and 1 spoon of honey and apply it on the face. Wash the face with cold water after 15 minutes of drying. Use this glowing skin face pack 3 times in 15 days.
- Masoor Dal for Glowing Skin
Lentils can be used to increase the glow of the face. To do this remedy for glowing skin, soak 2 spoons of lentils overnight. After this, make a paste by mixing 1 teaspoon almond oil and 1 teaspoon raw milk with lentils in the morning. Apply the face pack of masoor dal on the face, let it dry for 15-20 minutes and then wash it with cold water. Masoor dal face pack can be applied 2-3 times to get glowing skin in 15 days.
- Do Facial Massage Before Sleeping
Massaging is very beneficial for the skin. Because it increases blood circulation and brings a natural glow on the skin. You must massage oil on the face every night for 15 days before sleeping. You can use pure coconut oil for face massage. Coconut oil helps to repair your skin cells and make the skin soft and moisturized.
- Drink Water
Water is the best way to keep the skin glowing in summer. You drink 2-3 liters of water daily for 15 days and you will see that the skin will start glowing. Actually, by drinking enough water, toxins come out from the body and the whole body starts glowing from inside and outside. Apart from normal water, you can also drink coconut water in summer.
- Almond Face Pack
Material – Almond oil
How to use – Apply almond oil on the face and neck at night and sleep.
How is it beneficial – Almond oil have been using as a skin tips for many years. Its anti-aging effect can reduce the effects of aging and it’s also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which can help heal skin wounds.
- Tomatoes
Material – Half a tomato
One teaspoon sandalwood powder
A pinch of turmeric
How to use – Cut the tomato and remove its seeds. Prepare a paste by mixing sandalwood powder and turmeric and seedless tomato. Apply this pack on the face and leave it for fifteen to twenty minutes and then washout the face. This paste can be applied regularly once to twice a week.
How is it beneficial – Tomatoes contain a chemical compound called lycopene, which can protect the skin from the harmful rays. This effect of tomato can help in improving the skin by removing sunburn. Tomato face pack useful to improve skin tone and texture.
- Potatoes
Material – A small raw potato
How to use – Prepare the pulp of raw potatoes. Now apply this prepared paste on the face. Wash the face after 15 minutes with clean and cold water. This paste can be applied regularly once to twice a week.
How is it beneficial – Raw potato pulp can remove acne and skin blemishes also helpful in cleansing and softening the skin. Applying a face mask made of potato or potato peel can also clean excess oil from the face. In this way potato face pack can be beneficial for improving the skin.
- Turmeric and Yogurt
Material – One teaspoon turmeric powder
Two spoons curd
How to use – Mix curd and turmeric in a bowl and make a paste. Then apply this pack on the face. After fifteen to twenty minutes wash the face. Apply this paste two to three times in a week.
How it beneficial – Turmeric is can protect – the skin against photoaging and psoriasis treat acne. It has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects, which can brighten skin complexion. It also resolve the problem of wrinkles caused by aging. Curcumin present in turmeric can help in the formation of collagen, which can maintain skin glow.
- lemon and honey
Material – three to four teaspoons lemon juice
Two spoons honey
How to use – Make a paste by mixing lemon juice and honey.
Then apply it on the face and massage it with light hands.
After 15 minutes wash the face with lukewarm water.
This paste can be used once in 10 days.
How it beneficial – lemon is can act as a natural skin whitening agent. It contains vitamin-C, which can be helpful in improving the face. Citrus fruits like lemon have antioxidant and anti-aging properties, which can reduce the symptoms of premature aging due to oxidative stress. Apart from this, the use of honey can also prove to be effective in the remedy to bring glow on the face. A research clearly states that its moisturizing properties present in honey face packs can also help to increase the glow of the face naturally.
