HOME REMEDIES FOR FUNGAL INFECTION

Fungal infection is a type of skin infection. Mostly this problem is faced due to Kapha and Pitta dosha Sometimes, due to fungal infection, there are also white patches on the skin. It is very important to get it right in time. If it is not treated in the right time, it can affect the skin as well as the bones, tissues and other parts of the body.
HOME REMEDIES:
- TURMERIC: It has antifungal properties. For this, grind raw turmeric or make a thick paste of the powder and apply it on the affected area. This will also get rid of the stains caused due to infection.
- NEEM: Neem helps to eliminate every skin related infection neem is beneficial in preventing any kind of skin infection. Boiling neem water or neem leaves in water and using this water on the skin several times a day provides relief from fungal infections. For this, boil neem leaves in water and take a bath after cooling it. Apart from this, if you want, chew 3-4 leaves daily.
- GARLIC: Garlic has anti -fungal properties. Take a few cloves of garlic and grind it. After that apply it on the affected area. You may have some irritation. So there is no need to panic.
- ALOE VERA: has anti- fungal, anti- bacterial properties which corrects any skin related problem. Take a little gel and apply it on the affected area and rub it with light hands. After that wash off with lukewarm water. You will also get benefit from this.
- COCONUT OIL: Coconut oil contains fatty acids that act as fungicides. By using it, you can easily get rid of fungal infection. For this, you apply oil on the affected area 3-4 times a day.
- PUDINA: Mint has the ability to destroy the effect of infection. Make a paste by grinding mint leaves. Apply this mint paste on the skin and leave it for 1 hour and then remove it.
- TEA TREE OIL : it has Anti-bacterial properties are found in tea tree oil. To get rid of skin infections, apply tea tree oil directly to the affected area twice daily.
- GARLIC: it has anti-fungal properties, so the use of garlic in food reduces the risk of fungal infection. For the use of garlic, you must grind 3-4 cloves of garlic and apply its paste on the area of infection. If you have scratched the area of infection more, then applying garlic may cause slight burning for a minute, but this infection starts getting cured gradually.
- CURD: Yogurt contains acids that kill harmful bacteria. Although yogurt itself contains bacteria, but those bacteria do not cause any harm to our body. For fungal infection, apply curd on the infected area with the help of cotton and massage. One thing should be kept in mind that, never touch the place of infection with hands because this infection is contagious.
- COCONUT OIL: works as an effective remedy for any type of fungal infection due to the presence of medium-chain fatty acids. These fatty acids act as natural fungicides to kill the fungus responsible for the infection. Gently apply coconut oil on the affected area and let it dry on its own. Repeat two or three times until the infection clears up Mix equal amounts of coconut oil and cinnamon oil and apply it on the affected area. Follow this remedy twice daily to control the growth of the infection.
- OLIVE LEAVES: Olive leaves have antifungal as well as antimicrobial properties that help in killing the fungus. In addition, it strengthens the immune system, which makes it easier to get relief from infections. Grind some olive leaves to make a paste. Apply it directly on the affected area. Leave it for 30 minutes. Follow this remedy once or twice daily till the infection is gone.
- ALOE VERA GEL: Fungal infections can be relieved by the use of aloe vera gel , but freshly harvested leaf gel is good for this. For this, break a fresh aloe vera leaf and cut it vertically from the middle and rub the gel part directly on the skin. After rubbing, leave the remaining fibers on the skin for 30 minutes then wash with lukewarm water
