GARLIC

- Giloy contains anti-oxidant properties that improve health, boosts immunity and digestion.
TURMERIC
- The bright yellow-spice is common in Indian cuisine as well as treating numerous health ailments Curcumin which is the main compound of turmeric has immunity-boosting potential.
GINGER
- Ginger is an antimicrobial, antibiotic, and anti-inflammatory compound Due to its high antioxidant content ginger can enhance the immune response system. You can have ginger tea or ginger shot to increase the intake of the herb in your diet.
CINNAMON
- Cinnamon is a powerhouse of antioxidants and helps in reduce cancer and treat virus infections and has also been used for its medicinal properties for thousands of years. It fights inflammation, ward of infection and heals damaged tissues.

SUNFLOWER SEEDS

CHIA SEEDS

MULETHI OR LIQUORICE
- is known to keep the respiratory tract healthy, and boost digestion & liver health. It is said to help counter cough, cold, and chest congestion. It also helps boost immunity and protects our body from microbes, pollutants and allergens. Plus mulethi has active compounds that help relieve constipation and improve digestion
BRAHMI
- It is one of the most commonly used Ayurvedic ingredient which is known to help up the immunity by nourishing the body with vital nutrients and antioxidants that help in warding off infections and diseases. Thus, the regular consumption of Brahmi is said to build a robust immune system.
TULSI
- It is also called as Indian basil and loaded with vitamin C and zinc and it has an anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties which helps keep infection-free and healthy. It contains phytochemicals, bioflavonoids and anti-oxidants compounds, such as rosmarinic acid, which is a very good anti-microbial agent for treating respiratory tract infections
