DO’S
- Do regular exercise
- Follow proper diet.
- Weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles.
- Get plenty of rest and sleep.
DONT’S
- Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling.
- Use a soft, round bristles brush.
- Avoid hot shower.
- Avoid Smoking.
