Research suggests that there is an effective herb for effective cognitive-enhancement in adults. At the same time, it improves mood, alertness, attention, memory and recall in healthy youth and adults. Along with this, they also help in reducing your mental fatigue and increasing alertness. Its enzyme, which breaks down acetylcholine, is a neurotransmitter that plays an important role in brain function, including memory, attention, and motivation. So keeping all these qualities in mind, you should make tea of sage leaves and drink it or use its oil.
2. Peppermint
Mint is one such herb, which is full of many medicinal properties. These can help boost energy, mood, athletic performance and alertness.
