Put milk in a vessel and heat it. Meanwhile, prepare and chop the dry fruits. Cut 5 to 6 pieces of each cashew and finely chop the pistachios.
After the milk boils, add the soaked sago to the milk. After pouring the sago into the milk, cook it while stirring continuously with a spoon until the milk boils again. After the boil, reduce the gas.
Add raisins and cashews to the kheer and mix and let the kheer cook on medium heat. Keep stirring the kheer with a spoon every 2 minutes, otherwise milk can be applied on the bottom.
