Effective home remedies for memory loss

Soybean

4. Eat almonds and walnuts –
Nutrients present in almonds such as protein, manganese, copper and riboflavin help to relieve Alzheimer’s and other neurological diseases. Soak 5 almonds at night. Waking up in the morning and consuming them makes the mind sharp. In addition, walnuts help to make more than 3 dozen neuron transmitters. It is extremely important for the brain process.
5. Stay mentally active –
Just as physical activity is necessary to keep the body healthy, similarly for mental health, it is very important to remain active in the mind. Games like Crosswords, Pujjal, Play Bridge or Sudoku can help you with this. Apart from this, one can learn to play a musical instrument in free time.
6. Eat Pistachio –
