Valine / Valine medicinal salt is indicated for the treatment of promoting normal growth, improving tissues, regulating blood sugar, providing energy to the body and other conditions
This medicinal salt may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

USES :-
1.Used as nutritional supplement with other essential amino acids to prepare comprehensive amino acid
2.Used to improve the immunity of animal organisms and promote the transformation of animal bone cells into mature T cells
3 It is a branched chain amino acid and used as an energy source by muscle tissue in body .
4 Help to resolve amino acid deficiency which are caused by drug addiction .
5 It help to reduce stress and restlessness.
6 It is glycogenic amino acid so it provide glucose.
7 It help in preventing muscle loss at high altitude .
8 It plays an important role to improve cognitive functioning hence used in treatment of brain trauma .
Side-effects

4 Interactions with Valine / Valine
When not to use Valine / Valine
Hypersensitivity to Valine is a contraindication. In addition, Valine should not be taken if you have the following conditions:
1 Kidney disease
2 Liver disease
FOOD SOURCES OF VALINE ARE :-
1 ANIMAL SOURCES :- Meat , Poultry ,Fish contains the significant amount of Valine . Diary product like milk , yogurt , cheese are also rich in valine .
2 PLANT SOURCES :- Peanut , beans , legumens , lentils ,soy , mushroom , seasame seeds ,spinach and kale contain the significant amount of valine .
