Diet Chart for UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) Patients

Grains | Oat meal, rice flakes, brown rice. | White rice, white bread, noodle, pasta, maggie. |
Legumes | Split pulses only. | Whole pulses, soy products, frozen pulses. |
Spices | Fennel, turmeric, mint, coriander, cumin, fenugreek. | Peppers, red and green chillies. |
Oils | Cow ghee, mustard oil, olive oil. | Unsaturated fats, palm oil, butter. |
