There is no specific reason for our mood swing! Everyone’s mood is disturbed by different bells. Like when I talk about myself, if my wipes run before someone dries, then my mood gets very bad! Likewise, there are different reasons for everyone’s mood to swing. However, in addition to hormone imbalance, problems such as mental disorders can also be responsible for mood swings. So first we have to understand what happens after mood swings?

What is Mood Swing?
Mood swing means ‘bipolar disorder’. A sudden or excessive change of mind is called mood swing. That is, when the mind suddenly goes from moments of happiness and ecstasy to extreme grief or depression or any other emotion, that state is called mood swing. In some cases mood changes are also reactions of your environment or circumstances. But in other cases it can also happen without any obvious reasons.
According to experts, this is a kind of ‘biological disorder’, which requires a person to deal with family and friends. However, in most of the cases, the problem of mood swings is now treated and it can be cured with medication. But in spite of all this we should not take it lightly.
Symptoms of Mood Swing
- Needless unhappiness
- Loss of energy
- Lack of activeness
- Lack of desire
- Loss of confidence
- Irritability in nature
- Tiredness all the time
- Excessive hunger
- Insomnia
- Irregular menstruation
- Breathlessness
Mood swing results
In practical terms, no one likes a ‘moody’ person very much. Due to his behavior, people either avoid him or live by drag. So if any of you are a victim of ‘mood disorder’, then know that you will have to struggle even more to live a normal life.
Impact on personal life
People who are prone to mood swings frequently, often have tension in their home. Why? Because the family members are left in the same rage that they do not know what is good and what is bad. If one of the parents is like this, then this has a bad effect on the home environment and the children. You feel yourself ‘Miss Fit’ in any environment. You feel ‘miss fit’ in any environment and this feeling makes you more upset.
How to Handle Mood Swings
Eat Healthy by eating healthy
It is a hundred percent true that whatever we eat has a direct impact on our health and health. In a way we can see ‘Sirat’ by connecting it with our mood. Even though we are very happy with eating, eating and cooking, we cannot deny that such a diet does not contribute to our health. So take limited amount of sugar, carbohydrate, fat etc. in your diet. Eat more magnesium-rich foods in food, such as bananas. Also increase the amount of vitamin C in the diet, vitamin C provides energy to the body and energetic person is naturally happy.
Exercise Daily
If women look good, then half the mood is corrected in the same way, if the rest is praised by someone ! So my friends, if there is a problem of poor mood, then make daily exercise a part of your life. Exercise increases the secretion of ‘endorphin hormone’ in the body. This hormone not only improves the mood, plus it also leads to good sleep, and when 8 hours of restful sleep, the mood will automatically recover. Why are you cool idea!
Drink plenty of water! (Drink Plenty Of Water!)
There is a saying ‘Bin pani sub suna’. So it is something that a person who drinks water without thirst does not have half the disease. Because water not only quenches our thirst, but also cleanses our body from inside. When the mind is very bad, or does not feel good, then take a short bath with hot or cold water according to the weather, you will feel good immediately. Apart from this, make Shikanji and drink it comfortably with each sip. Shikanji is considered a ‘mood twister’ anyway. This will also calm the mind and the body will get energy, so it is different!
Music will create mood (Listen Good Music)
If exercise is effective in correcting the mood, then good music act as magic. When the mind is unnecessarily depressed, then good music works to lift the mood. But if you are also fond of dancing, then ‘Sohne Pe Suhaga’. Putting a nice dance number, when the dance is done without any special dance steps, right? Till sweating, until exhausted, breathlessness… there is nothing lighter and better than that feeling.
Try Some Good Aroma
We all know that a good smell, that is, not only relieves fatigue but also acts as a ‘mood upliftment’. So whenever you feel dull, sprinkle room freshener in the house. Decorate fresh aromatic flowers. This idea may sound strange, but good smell or fragrance works to calm our restless mind, which makes us suddenly feel good. So keep the aroma candle etc. in the house, it will cure your bad mood quickly.
Avoid Negativity
Although someone has rightly said, ‘Blasphemy is a big juice’, but when one’s own mood is not good, then people should stay away from such people and their negative vibes. Because to be entangled means to trouble oneself. Instead, choose people who can make you laugh, keep you happy, who have a habit of looking for the good, not your shortcomings. You know, you will be happy by being in the midst of happy people, as well as your confidence will also remain.
Get better sleep
If too much gold is bad for health, less gold is worse. If you are sleeping for 7-8 hours, then it is fine, but less sleep creates problems for health. Because one or two days is fine, but after that, irritability in nature, needless anger starts. So get into the habit of sleeping prematurely. This panacea is the cure for mood swings. If you have a good mood in the morning, then there is no stopping the day from getting better.
AYURVEDIC VIEW IN BIPOLAR DISORDER
Bipolar disorder manifests due to imbalance of the physical doshas vata, pitta, and kapha and the mental properties satva, rajas and tamas.
Ayurvedic herbs used for bipolar disorder are adaptogenic in nature. They are equally valuable for mania or depression. The intent is not to force the brain out of a depressive or a manic episode by providing herbal uppers or downers but to balance the doshas and to normalize the production of neurotransmitters.
