Diet Chart for Amenorrhea
Amenorrhea is defined as the absence of a menstruation in a woman during her reproductive age. Women who missed at least three months of menstrual periods are dealing with amenorrhea. It is a normal feature in pre-pubertal, pregnant, and post-menopausal females. The physiological state of amenorrhea is seen most commonly during pregnancy and lactation. Menstrual dysfunction reveals infertility and increases the future risk of various chronic diseases such as diabetes, breast cancer, and cardiovascular diseases.
Amenorrhea occurs due to imbalance of hormones, to correct this well balanced and nutritious diet enriched with iron, folic acid, and vitamins is needed. If you have amenorrhoea start with the diet chart mentioned below:
